ReplyDeleteI can't find the 2006 data for Philly -- perhaps somebody with better Internet sluething skills can find that info from the U.S. Census website?
ReplyDeleteMotorcycles aren't SOVs? Nothing against motorcycles, I'm just trying to figure out why they were considered separately. Is driving a motorcycle significantly different from driving a small car? Is it difficult to find safe motorcycle parking? Et cetera?
