Duffy and Diet Coke

Urban bikes in mainstream PR.

I don't have a clue who Duffy is so I'm late to the party -- she's a Welsh pop singer. Duffy rode a singlespeed bike in a European Diet Coke ad that aired last February. Note also the Terry Dolan product placement!

    Didja notice at the beginning when she first hops on the bike that the body (and bike I suspect) is computer generated, with just her head on it?

    Can't say that I particularly care for her voice but its kind of a cool commercial. Who hasn't fantasized about riding a bike through a store?

    Erik: I've rode my bike into church :-) but rolling through Safeway would be kind of cool.

    Ron: Parts of it looked greenscreened to me. Easier than actually filming this stuff at night, I suppose.
