Jimmy does drugs
Earlier I reported that Ken Kifer's killer, Jimmy Don Rodgers, was scheduled to be released from prison on September 12. According to Riin Gill, Rodgers was scheduled for release this month but he was found with marijuana while in prison and he failed a blood test and, hence, is not eligible for parole. Another parole hearing will take place in October.
