It's great those kids are wearing helmets, but the adults need to too.
ReplyDeleteThe adults are in no danger of hitting their heads on anything! Helmets are absolutely unnecessary for people riding like that.
ReplyDeleteWhat's dangerous is the position of those child seats. What's foolish is riding a bike with kids that small. A good example of those who believe they must be able to do everything, all the time.
Again with helmet-less celebrities? What the *$%# is up with these people?!? We'll make our kids wear helmets, but we won't. Stupid.
ReplyDeleteI have to disagree with you, Rapid Robert. Consider that Tori's head is about 4-5 feet off the ground. If she went down, for whatever reason, her family would have wished she had been wearing a helmet.
Gripe all you want about helmets and kids on bikes, but please don't shoo t them in the head.
ReplyDeleteA runner's head is 5-6' off the ground. Where's the peer pressure to make THEM wear helmets? Consider statistics. Forget the fourth grade gravity demo with the watermellon. Real life is a bit more complex than that.
