Not "work obscene" just truth obscene... it got far and away the most votes, so to look on the bright side at least people must think it is interesting... not something to be expected. I hope.
Come one Fritz. Why give this guy such a hard time? He is just trying to be safe. Haven't you heard about all those predators that the internet has produced in recent years?
I've actually SEEN this kind of behavior, without the leash. My wife and I frequently took our dogs over to our local park in the morning on weekends to play. We frequently saw a driver who would let his dog out of the car and drive next to it while it walked down the park's road. It was a little dog, too, not a big one like this... more likely to get run over. The poor dog looked scared all the time.
