Does the father have two sets of handlebars on that bike? How did he do that? And why?

ReplyDeleteHow he did it seems pretty simple. I'd say he's installed a quill stem into the steerer, above the threadless stem. As to why, I can only imagine. It seems like a lot of extra hardware just to get moe riding positions.
